Selected pork shoulder were specially trimmed from our in-house production. Both thickness and fat were evenly distributed. Since there's only limited supply for each pig, it is now only available for selected restaurant. 頂級叉燒肉由洪記工場嚴選製作；每片肉的厚薄及油脂分佈平均。由於每隻豬的產量有限，現僅限量供應個別餐館。
